We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Our Returns Policy is crafted to guarantee your satisfaction and assist you with the return process. This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other regulations mandated by law.
Broken, Faulty, or Not as Shown on the Website
We take great care in packing all our decorations with love, but occasionally, things may go awry. If any part of your order arrives broken, damaged, or faulty, please fill out the form at [www.santaslittlepainters.com.au/help](www.santaslittlepainters.com.au/help), including photos of the broken or damaged items. We will respond as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days, and either resend new items at no charge or arrange a refund.
We offer a 7-day refund policy (from the tracked date of receiving your order) if the product you received is not as depicted or described on our website. If your order contains incorrect products or items that do not match the website description, please complete the form at [www.santaslittlepainters.com.au/help](www.santaslittlepainters.com.au/help) within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Please note that prior authorization must be obtained before returning any goods. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Goods must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving return approval.
Additionally, orders that are lost in transit due to incorrect or insufficient postal address details will not be refunded or replaced at no charge. It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate.
Personalized Item Returns
Please exercise caution when ordering personalized items. Unfortunately, personalized items ordered incorrectly cannot be refunded. We write exactly what you provide, so please double-check your spelling. We are not responsible for any omissions or errors. However, if you notice an error before your order has been processed, please contact us immediately, and we will make any necessary changes.
If you change your mind before any personalization has been completed, please reach out to us, and we will attempt to cancel your order. Once an item has been personalized, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Non-Personalized Items Change of Mind Returns
We want you to absolutely love your purchases. If you change your mind about an item, we will gladly refund your original method of payment provided that:
- You seek approval to return the item within 7 days from the tracked date of delivery by emailing us at santaslittlepainters@gmail.com
- Goods must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving return approval. Please use a shipping service that can be tracked.
- You include the original or a copy of your invoice when returning the item.
- Your item is in its original, saleable condition, in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Please note that original postage costs will not be reimbursed for change of mind returns, nor will return postage costs. If your original order qualified for free shipping but, as a result of the return, no longer qualifies, you will need to cover the shipping costs for the original order before a refund can be issued.
