Returns and Refunds

We are more than happy to offer you a refund if we have not started to paint your order after you have changed your mind. We will also offer a 7 day refund if the product is faulty, and not what you see on the website.

We also cannot do anything if the spelling error has been on your end so it is important to triple check the spelling as our little elves are so well behaved that they will paint your order exactly how you have asked. If however, there has been a mistake on our end we will refund you within 7 days, or make you a new one.

We are more than happy to exchange any items if you can provide receipt of purchase and it is returned within 7 days. It must be in its original packaging, unused and obviously not damaged. It is best to seek prior authorisation before returning any goods. You can use our contact details to do this.

We have tried our very hardest to give you as much choice as possible for colours and calligraphy positioning. If you decide to leave those options unticked your order will be painted at our artistic little elves discretion. We just cannot give refunds if you have made a mistake on this. At times colour and writing may vary slightly to what is seen on our website.

All our talented little elves do their personalisation with our secret ingredient 3D paint and glitter and lots of it! We do not embroider, do laser cut, engraving or etching. Everything is hand done so expect some inconsistencies, which truly is the mark of a great artist!

All our orders are packed with loads of love and care. If for some reason our postman/woman has had a bad day and you receive yours broken, please take a pic and send it to us via email so we can rectify this for you.

 

Substitute Products

If for any reason Santas Little Painters is unable to supply you the exact specification of what you have ordered we will most definitely let you know an advise within 24 hours. We can offer you a substitute, or a store credit or indeed a refund. We do not want you to feel obligated to accept any substitute.
