Ownership & Copyright

All the designs you see on our website are the exclusive artwork of Rosie Shalhoub our talented elf. You may see these designs advertised on other website but please remember that they are fakes and copies. Santas Little Painters have been established since 1998 and when you have something good you need to expect it to be copied.

As all artists we feel completely protective and unfairly ripped off when your artwork is sold elsewhere. Please remember that when you purchase our designs from another site.

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee

All our customers are so very important to us and to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. That is how confident we feel with our product.

If you receive items that are broken or damaged, not what you see on our website or do not arrive at a satisfactory timeframe we will either replace or refund them for you.
